Creativity in Business – Take Action on Innovative Ideas

Identify creative ideas is a good way to grow your business. Using innovation competitions and other activities and your organization a culture of creativity, to develop a lot of creative ideas generated. These creative ideas into innovations that provide significant value to be developed for the company.

However, the creation of a list of ideas is not enough. You must act!

Here are several ways to begin to take action:

Rate ideas on your list. Get a group of people from different parts of your company (different work functions) and consider the ideas submitted. Perform a cost-benefit analysis on the most promising ideas. First, look for ideas that can be implemented quickly and will likely produce a significant result on the bottom line.
Prioritize ideas. You make a first classification of ideas – be sure to ideas, the “short term” projects and “long term” projects, the more time and resources to implement, must include, but significant in long-term growth offer for the company.
Steps to one or more ideas to implement on the list. Take steps to start applying at least one of the ideas on your list. The first step could be to conduct a further investigation of the feasibility of the idea – such as search input from various groups within the company, the cost, timing or potential obstacles to address, determine the application of the idea.

Monitor the results of innovative ideas implemented into your business. For example, you can track sales growth, cost savings and the growth of the customer. Celebrate the positive results of the innovation to promote more creativity and innovation in your organization.
